Job Summary
We are seeking a Skilled IT Business Support Analyst to join our UK operations and support our international cybersecurity and digital transformation initiatives.
This role is ideal for candidates who combine technical support capabilities with a strong understanding of business process analysis and information security.
You will work across diverse systems and projects—supporting end-users, managing incident response workflows, and ensuring security and operational compliance in line with ISO and NCSC frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support across business systems and infrastructure
Analyse IT and business requirements to support system improvements and IT service delivery
Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams, ensuring solutions meet user needs
Administer and maintain business-critical applications (CRM, ERP, M365, and collaboration tools)
Document issues, actions taken, and create knowledge base articles for recurring incidents
Perform basic system security reviews and contribute to compliance efforts (ISO 27001, NCSC)
Support onboarding/offboarding processes and manage hardware/software provisioning
Monitor system performance and user access controls to ensure continuity and security
Assist in the preparation of reports for audits and compliance checks
Train staff on secure IT practices, data handling, and use of business systems

Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
2+ years’ experience in IT support, business systems analysis, or cybersecurity support
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server environments, and cloud systems
Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Freshservice, Zendesk)
Solid understanding of information security, data protection, and user access management
Excellent communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills
Desirable Attributes
Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
Certified Data Centre Facilities Operations Manager (CDFOM)
ITIL Foundation or equivalent service management certification
Experience in an ITIL-based support environment
Familiarity with UK Cyber Essentials and/or ISO 27001
Experience supporting hybrid or international teams
